Emilee is one of my 2021 Senior Spokesmodel and it has been such a JOY to photograph this beauty throughout her senior year! She has brought so much adventure and happiness to the team this year and I’m so thankful she reached out last year interested in the program!

Each of my spokesmodels has the opportunity to choose a specific location for their individual senior session and Emilee chose Alexandria, Virginia! Yes, this beauty wanted to go on a spontaneous trip to VA to capture her dream senior portraits! We packed our bags and flew into the gorgeous Virginia for a quick 3 day trip to sight see, plan, and shoot a charming and unique senior session for Emiliee! So many memories were made and I’m so happy Emilee chose the location she did!

Why did you join the spokesmodel team?

I joined the spokesmodel team because I fell in love with the way Meg edited her photos naturally and I could tell that she truly cared about what she did when I looked at her work. I wanted my photos to truly capture who I was and I knew Meg could do that for me and she most definitely has! 

What has been your favorite thing about the Spokesmodel experience as a whole?

My favorite thing about being a spokesmodel is being able to be so comfortable in front of the camera. Meeting new girls has also been so much fun and being able to hype each other up is also so fun!  Meg has given me such confidence and never fails to get the most perfect shots! 

What location did you choose for your individual senior session and why? 

I chose Alexandria, Virginia for my senior shoot and had the best time with Meg ever! I chose this location after many hours of looking through Meg’s instagram and other locations and I immediately fell in love with Alexandria and decided it would be so fun to go! Luckily I chose the most willing and adventurous photographer ever to go with me and capture the senior photos of my dreams! 

How have you grown throughout this experience? 

The spokesmodel program has helped me grow in so many way, but the most important is confidence! I used to hate having my picture taken by myself but Meg has taught me how to be confident in front of the camera with tons of new poses and things to do! 

What’s your fashion style? 

My fashion style includes a little bit of everything! I love my mom and and flare jeans with sweater and turtlenecks! Jackets are always a must! I also love cute summer dresses and skirts when it’s warmer! 

What’s your favorite thing to do?

My favorite thing to do is go shopping! And bondi bowl dates with Meg and my mom! 

One place you are dying to visit or travel to?

 I would love to travel to Tulum! 

What are your plans after you graduate?

My plan after I graduate is to attend Oklahoma State University and get my degree in interior design. 

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

 In 5 years I would love to be starting my own interior design business and opening a store front!

What has been your favorite styled shoot event and why? 

My favorite styled shoot was the valentine’s day shoot! It was so sassy and fun! I hadn’t done any super dressy outfits in any of my other shoots, so this shoot gave me the opportunity to bring all the sassy fashion!
