First off, what a unique backdrop for an Oklahoma City engagement session, am I right!? Heather and Tyler are one of the most fun loving couples I’ve met! I’ve really enjoyed getting to know these two! Heather actually owns The Cargo Shop located in Midtown on 14 NW 9th Street, OKC. We found each other as I was hoping she would collaborate with me on a styled shoot! We actually just hosted our first senior styled shoot this past weekend and it was a blast! I’m so lucky I found her!

Tyler’s proposal is such a fun story to share! Tyler had a whole weekend planned out at Beavers Bend State Park in Broken Bow, Oklahoma for Heather and a few of their close friends last fall! During one evening, the group went for a hike and once Tyler found the perfect spot with the most gorgeous view, he bent down and asked Heather to marry him! The pictures and videos from this moment are so priceless! Heather was shocked!! What a special way to remember your engagement by!

Heather had her Oklahoma City engagement session planned out and styled perfectly! Between her stylish outfits, breathtaking ring, and adorable props, I loved everything about this session. I love when brides know exactly what they want! Heather even brought a beautiful settee piece from Borrowed Charm to use for her shoot. It was adorable! I honestly felt like I was photographing a styled shoot which is every photographer’s dream y’all! My favorite part of their session was the location. I loved getting creative with including the capitol in the shots. Some of these images are so timeless! I’m looking so forward to seeing these two get hitched this fall at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center in Guthrie, Oklahoma!
