This was my first time shooting an engagement session at the Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, OK and it did not disappoint! Especially when I got to shoot these two lovebirds! Lynse and Scott were an absolute blast to photograph and you are going to love how they met! One of Lynse’s clients (fun fact: Lynse is an extremely talented hair and makeup artist) thought that one of their new friends would be a great fit for her friend group! So they invited Lynse to dinner one night to meet him and when she walked into the restaurant, she locked eyes on him, and knew in that instance that he was the ONE! They started dating two months later! Two years later and they are engaged! Y’all… you don’t ever hear stories like this anymore. SO SWEET! You can clearly tell in these photos that they are a match made in heaven!

Scott popped the question this past Christmas while on a cruise with their family and friends! He had it all planned out during sunset on formal night and had all their friends taking pictures while he got down on one knee! Lynse was completely shocked and excited! I can just imagine how romantic this moment was!

Amidst all of this crazy Oklahoma weather lately, it was the perfect day for this engagement session. No clouds, rain, or even wind! It was absolutely beautiful! Lynse had this gorgeous vision of using a big old tree for their photos and I think we nailed it! So dreamy and romantic! My favorite part of their session was actually watching these two climb this tree and balance together! They had so much fun with it!
