This winter maternity session was a cold one, but so warm for my heart! This was my THIRD time photographing the Comer family. They first reached out to me during a special mini session I was hosting early last year. I’m so happy that they chose me to photograph such a special time for their family.

Brittany and Bryce knew they wanted cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and grid iron gates for their winter maternity session. I knew that downtown Norfolk would be perfect for their session! I love the Freemason district, it’s such a hidden gem! Despite the 30 degree weather and chilly breeze, these two looked stunning! Brittany’s elegant, light pink dress was speaking to my soul! She made me want to be pregnant again! I love how soft and feminine she looks… I think women are their most beautiful while pregnant. They truly glow, especially Brittany!

Winter maternity sessions don’t come around too often, but if they’re anything like this, I can’t wait for the next one! Brittany and Bryce just recently received orders to Tampa, Florida! Although I’m sad to see them leave, and slightly envious, I can’t wait to see what amazing things are in store for their growing family! I’m beyond excited to see these two become parents to a sweet baby boy! Grayson Leigh is one lucky little guy! Congratulations to the Comer Family!
